About ESC Heart Failure 2026
The ESC Heart Failure Congress is the world’s leading event covering the entire spectrum of heart failure.
It is the annual meeting of the Heart Failure Association of the ESC whose mission is to improve quality of life and longevity through better prevention, diagnosis and treatment of heart failure, including the establishment of networks for its management, education and research.
The event embraces this year’s main theme: Evolution in Heart Failure, and it will explore AI-powered tools, remote monitoring, novel drug classes, and integrative strategies that make precision medicine a reality.
